Micah Spike W. Craven
President
Micah 'Spike' Craven is the founder of Integrity Communications, a professional development firm that specializes in working with agriculture enterprises from seed, to crop protection, to farming equipment, and livestock.
His work has taken him around the globe to work with scientists, sales professionals, executive leadership, and boards; inspiring them to embrace opportunities, excel in the marketplace, and to distinguish their organizations with poise, presence, and professionalism. As a featured speaker for many organizations and conferences, Micah has conducted programs throughout Asia, Latin America, and North America.
Igniting excellence in others is the driving force behind Micah, his team, and their results. Together, they work with thousands of executives and professionals every year to help them reach their full potential when delivering a message - whether it is to inform, influence or lead others.
A graduate of Iowa State University, Micah resides in Madison County, Iowa with his wife and their two boys.
Alexandra Johnston, Ph.D.
Vice President, Marketing & Intercultural Communication
Alex holds a Masters of Arts (M.A.) in East Asian Studies from Stanford University and a Bachelors of Arts (B.A.) in East Asian Studies from Washington University in St. Louis. Alex has conducted research and provided communication training in the U.S., the Middle East, and Japan, where she attended the Osaka University of Education on a Fulbright Fellowship. Alex and her husband live in the Washington, D.C., metro area with their two sons.
Amy Malone-Craven

Amy co-founded Integrity Communications with her husband, Micah, in 2012. In Amy's role, she ensures that each of our clients receives a customized experience with the highest level of personal attention. With over 25 years of account management experience, Amy sees that each client engagement results in a meaningful and lasting impression.
Amy graduated from Upper Iowa University with a degree in business management. She and her husband, Micah, live with their two sons in Madison County, Iowa.
